I was duped by the assistant who sold me additional breakdown cover without me knowing about it. I did sign the contract, but did not see that she had added this , despite the fact that I made it clear that I did not want / need any extras

The customer service response was quick but not helpful
Waited in line for two hours with only one employee handling both car returns and pick-ups. In the end, the same person was also responsible for disinfecting the car. This shows the employee's hard work but also highlights the company's staffing issues.
Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car
