The service was great, the contract was quickly sent to my email, and the hostess was very nice. There were no other sales pitches throughout the process.
The counter service was very efficient. Just a quick check of the order and submission of a credit card, and the process was completed quickly. They gave a simple introduction to the insurance without being pushy.
Compared to others, this company is the most cost-effective with full insurance included. No hard selling, plenty of counters at LAX, and fast service.
Dollar took away the rental agreement and refused to let me see it, aggressively upselling items I didn’t want, charging me over 400 additional dollars.
