Je n'ai pas eu voiture que je voulais, et à l'accueil ils n'étaient pas arrangeant. Ensuite ils ont prélevé beaucoup trop d'argent et j'ai eu du mal à tout récupérer... Cela dit, la voiture fonctionnait bien et etait très propre.

They said I was under 26 years old, so the rental fee was much higher than expected. QEEQ provided no warning about this, very dissatisfied.

The rental location is 2 kilometers from the airport arrival hall, and the price is ridiculously high. This rental had very poor value for money. Over 600 per day for a compact 7-seater, and it's manual transmission. Ridiculous.

“Great vacation starts with a good rental car pickup.”

The vehicle was perfect for our needs. The pickup was very long, and was glad I had my paperwork Easy Rent emailed. The counter person first said I had no reservation, then kept telling me I had no insurance, so I could prove it then kept trying to upgrade services. I had reserved a manual and she kept pushing for an automatic upgrade. I said no, both my husband and I were comfortable driving manual. Turns out they only had one vehicle and it was an automatic when we got in.
