At the time, there were probably many people renting cars, so after completing the formalities, we waited about ten minutes before a staff member guided us to the first-floor pickup point. During the pickup process, they used the rental agreement to check and document every scratch on the car with us. Of course, you should also carefully inspect the car yourself and report any unrecorded damage immediately. Overall, the car condition was quite good: the vehicle was clean and tidy, with over 70,000 kilometers on the odometer. The car's condition was satisfactory, and during our use, its air conditioning and performance were excellent, especially the cooling. When returning the car, I chose the nearest gas station to refill the tank and cleaned the car, so the return process was almost instantaneous with no unnecessary complications.
