The attitude was perfunctory and procedural, there was no sense of service. I originally booked a Toyota but was given a Mitsubishi instead, which I could accept. However, the car hadn't been cleaned, with the body covered in dust. Most importantly, the left side near the car door had been involved in a collision and was visibly dented. I've rented cars numerous times in Japan, Korea, and Thailand, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation.
Used this car rental company many times and so far so good.
