Брал в субботу утром, очень много народу. Но работал персонал на ура. Хоть и заняло все чуть больше часа никакой обиды нет, действительно, все приперлись сразу и в одно время. Машина новая, чистая, без всяких проблем. Депозит, по сравнению с другими компаниями, маленький и вернули его через день после окончания аренды.

Car was as expected. Insurance was high but Elena was good and gave us the lowest rate for fully comprehensive. She tried to help lower the costs. Much appreciated.

I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it. It costs extra 138GB.

Like: Pleasantly surprised by how helpful the Europcar office staff were with limited upsell.
Dislike: I got slightly confused at Heathrow T2 over which bus stop to use for the shuttle - some better signage that can be seen at a distance would help.

Like: I got a Volkswagen Passat Estate Diesel as replacement
Dislike: They did not have the Peugeot 5008
