The overall service was fine. We switched to a Honda SUV halfway in San Francisco because the original car reported an oil warning. Although it felt like an upgrade, the oil warning appeared again after arriving in Los Angeles. Thankfully, there were no issues and the car ran smoothly. The service was satisfactory.
I initially booked a Toyota Sienna, but they gave me two Kia cars instead. However, each Kia had one tire that was underinflated. Eventually, they provided me with the Toyota Sienna I originally booked.
