The staff were very attentive. They provided free city parking tickets. However, the location was not obvious, and we had to ask for directions several times to find it.
Incorrect pickup location information; there is no counter at the airport. The car was given to me with half a tank of fuel, and I had to return it with the same amount.
Like: Customer representative, Xavier was really helpful in finding out whether I can extend my car lease and helped picked up the car from my hotel. Dislike: Better signage and direction to the Europcar outlet in KKIA can be improved greatly.
