The return location was not clearly marked. When calling for assistance, the person (sounded like they were Indian) had a poor attitude, was unhelpful, and eventually said 'I can't help you, goodbye.'

The customer service was good, after we eventually figured out where the shuttle picked up from. The automated directions were very unclear. The car smelt like an ashtray and evidently had previously had a heavy smoker in it which was a bit much. The breaks worked but sounded like the pads were getting thin.
The Car was clean and drive very well.
Counter staffs are absolutely nice and helpful. Appreciate the help and the services and 100% Recommend
