The hiring process was so slow and the condition of the hiring company offices is terrible. I had to wait for over an hour to pick up my car. The staff of this company were so rude. The condition of the car was so bad. There was an engine fault on the car and the guy told me to add some liquid to fix it which I did but the fault remained. The car only had quarter of fuel which so inconvenient. I will never book a car with easirent again. Terrible experience overall.
They didn't recognize the full insurance from the rental platform and charged an additional £80 for roadside assistance, or they wouldn't release the car. Communication with staff member A was difficult, and they didn't answer calls from the rental platform service. It's been nearly a month since I returned the car, and the forced fee issue is still unresolved. Still waiting...
Very poor service, they don't accept UnionPay cards, had to re-swipe the card for payment! It wasn't for the deposit either! If you only have a UnionPay card, sorry, either don't rent the car or add $1000! Car model downgraded, reserved a Volvo V60, got a Skoda Octavia Combi instead.

Surprisingly friendly and efficient, but only once at the location, which was a real pain to get to: shuttle bus to nearby off-airport parking runs only 3 times an hour, which is no good if you're in a hurry.
