Se debe mejorar en que las empresas reciban la reservacion y que si tengan disponibles los carros.

No car available, asked to wait. No alternative / upgrade offered. Had to wait more than 30 minutes and then insisted on getting any vehicle, downgraded without much in savings. Paid extra for second driver. No mention of need for toll sticker even though we indicated cross border travel, so had to pay 100 euro fine.

Very good car, got an upgrade for free.

Booked Premium car Mercedes or Similar Brand. But Avis gave me lower grade car Skoda. Ridicules.

Like: I had to cancel car hire, as my client cancelled. Avis cancelled without problems, or any charges. The staff member was helpful and understanding.
Dislike: In the beginning, he seemed a bit "under-trained", but overall helpful and efficient. So, not complaining. Thanks Avis, and hope we have better luck next net time )
