Very satisfied! It was very easy to find, located right at the airport exit. When I returned the car, the staff noticed I was in a hurry and even gave me a ride to the departure gate. Very considerate!
Because the staff had poor English skills and I don't speak English either. Even with assistance from rental car support, communication was difficult (the support service quality has gone backwards). As a result, picking up the car took over 2 hours. Eventually, I just had to take the car and leave.
