They insisted I pay an additional 40 euros; otherwise, I wouldn't get the car. This took over an hour to resolve. Later, with the help of the rental platform, they agreed to refund the 40 euros after the trip. Eventually, I got the car at their price. In situations like this, having a reliable platform is crucial. The rental platform was very helpful, but the whole ordeal wasted a lot of time.
