I booked a Volkswagen but was given a Nissan instead. The car was very new and in great condition. The pickup location was right at the airport arrivals terminal, just outside, and the staff was very friendly. I purchased full insurance from the rental company with no additional upselling. If no one is there, remember to call them first.
The return location is in a parking lot next to the airport. If no one is there, just call, and they will come. After the inspection, the staff will drive the rental car and drop you off at the airport. The service is friendly, and the deposit was refunded instantly after returning the car.
