You can arrive of Record Go - Sevilla Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

When you arrive at Sevilla airport (Arrivals hall, Ground Floor), please go to the meeting point located at the P2 meeting point. To do so, exit the terminal through any of the exits in the Arrivals hall, cross the street through zebra crossing and go left, following the pavement, until you reach the corner. Continue until you come to a post indicating the location of the P2 meeting point. Turn right, cross the zebra crossing, and head towards long stay car park P2. Once there you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the arrival's terminal to our office. The vehicle had some recorded bodywork damage. There were a number of smaller areas of damage, but when I pointed these out the staff said not to worry and that if there was an issue at drop off to show the relevant photographs. The lady who check the car over at drop off was very pleasant and did not mention any of the minor damage I had been concerned about at pick up. There was an unexplained additional fee that was taken from the fuel deposit.

excellent vehicle and service, only issue was that the office was not opened until 8AM, consequently we had to drop the vehicle off early, i.e., the night before, then taxi back to our hotel and taxi to the airport in the morning, at our extra cost and inconvenience.

There are two issues: First, the car condition. Initially, I was given a reserved Jeep, but upon inspection, I found the tires were uneven and severely damaged. When I started the car, the tire pressure warning came on, so they replaced it with a Yaris, which wasted time. Although the Yaris was very new, it felt extremely light and unstable, which was quite disappointing, even though they claimed it was in the same category as the Jeep. Second, the fuel policy. Unlike other car rental companies, they insisted on checking the fuel receipt when returning the car. I refueled about 40 kilometers away, and while the fuel gauge showed 8 bars, they still claimed it wasn’t a full tank and charged me a refueling penalty of about 25 euros. Today, I even received an email saying there was a 4.95L fuel shortage. Other companies just check the fuel gauge when returning the car, but this was the first time I’ve experienced needing a receipt and verifying the gas station location. Moreover, when I picked up the car, the gauge also showed 8 bars, so how am I supposed to know if it was truly a full tank to begin with? In summary, I will not rent from this company again.

The rental company kept pushing insurance upon arrival. If I hadn't repeatedly emphasized that I already purchased full coverage and didn't need it, they would have directly charged me for the insurance fee. The payment for a full tank of fuel seems to be mandatory and not just a pre-authorization. It takes about a week to get the refund, which could lead to exchange rate losses.
