Despite being a global chain, there was no counter at the airport, and only three staff members who didn't speak Chinese and had heavy English accents, making it hard to understand what they were saying.
Weren't they supposed to have Chinese-speaking customer service? But it was all in English! If I hadn't seen the Chinese, I wouldn't have booked through Zuzuche. It turned out to be cheaper locally!
This is a fraudulent rental company, don't rent from them. I called at 8 am to confirm a 3-day extension at 110 MYR per day. After the return time of 1 pm, they called me at 3 pm saying it would now cost 300 MYR per day. They shamelessly said the price had changed, regardless of whether I returned the car at 3 pm or the next day at 1 pm, it would still be 300 MYR. This is clearly extortion since they've already charged the credit card. Avoid this company. Plus, I didn't get the specified car model.
Clean car and the staff are very helpful. We couldn't find the booth and have missed Mr Izz who was in front of the arrival hall. Nevertheless, we approached another Eurocar staff and she was accommodating to call Mr Izz immediately to inform that we are already at the airport.
During the drop-off day, although Mr Izz was on leave and we were about 15 minutes early, the staff politely requested us to wait for the designated staff to arrive from the nearby parking.
In summary, it was a pleasant experience...
