Helpful staff put us in a car that whilst large was underpowered for its size.Not Budgets issue just an observation.Drop off easy to find and service upon return was great.Small scratch on mirror however lady acknowledged as fair wear and tear which was apprecaited.

The staff were the most courteous of any airport we have used. We were very impressed with the efficiency,and clarity of the insurance and the car was not the one we ordered but an excellent Citroen. Thankyou

Staff were terrible charged money for something we weren't explained about properly phoned customer service no one cares will never use the company again staff were rude when questioned about it
