Friendly staff, but the process took too long. There were only 5 people ahead, but we waited for an hour. Not sure what those foreigners were talking about, but each took a long time. On the other hand, a Chinese customer with a pre-booked order got through very quickly.

“Car Hire is a tricky business”

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
