I booked carseat for 3-month baby but given the bigger size. Then they put the new one back. The new one size was okay but it was very dirty. Baby seatbelts were too long and could not adjust its length. So I had to solve it myself to tide up that belts for my baby safety. :((((
Very confuse and difficult to find the staff in charge. No counter. Waste time to find the staff to collect car key. Differ name.. Should be europcar instead of easycar. Booking frontier but get other car. X trail. Staff ask to pay ot 5xxthb hidden charges. But after argue and show the booking slip. Waived at the end. Not so honest staff. Already purchase full insurance but the slip show with basic coverage only. So confusing
