I didn’t have an international driving license, but I was able to pick up the car using the car rental company’s translation document, my passport, and driving license through QEEQ. Damage to the vehicle was clearly marked at the pickup and confirmed via email.
When returning the car, make sure to fill up the tank at the nearest gas station and keep the receipt for verification. During this return, the rental company initially thought the car wasn’t returned with a full tank, but luckily I had kept the receipt as proof.
To emphasize, the translated document provided by the rental company must be printed in color; they do not accept digital copies only.
