Bad car. Asked to change it and they said no. Old, dented and scratched car with over 132000 km. Had to replace my own windshield wipers and didn’t get reimbursed.

No issues with QEEQ.com. The only thing I would recommend to have flexibility for car pick up. Had to wait 3 hours because they would not release the car even though it was parked. Dumb!
I just asked if I needed to add extra insurance, and they said no, so I picked up the car. When returning the car, I had underfilled the fuel by half a tank and offered to pay some money, but the staff said it was okay. This rental company feels very honest and straightforward, with no tricks.
The car pickup process was very smooth, but honestly, the return location was hard to find. The drop-off point is on the 4th floor, and it took several loops to get there.
Average. When returning the car, I reversed it under poor lighting conditions, causing a minor scratch about 3mm on the rear taillight. The female staff member assessing the damage claimed a repair cost of 440 euros, which seemed excessive even though I had purchased insurance. I argued against it, and later a male staff member checked the situation and said the company would evaluate the repair cost reasonably, likely not as high as initially quoted. I hope the car rental platform can mediate this issue. Personally, I believe replacing the part wouldn't cost more than a few dozen euros. I have taken photos as evidence.
Had a very pleasant car rental experience. Received a brand-new SEAT, which is not yet available in the garage. Great performance, low fuel consumption, and driving in Italy was comfortable. The deposit was refunded promptly.
I would have been happier had we received the car we had ordered. But as mentioned, it all worked out well in the end. The counter customer staff was all hard sell on the extra insurance, though, and I practically has to be rude to get away from them.

QEEQ did everything they said they would; I had no issues with navigating selections of available rentals.

my family and I arrived 1 hour earlier, and we informed RentSmart24 before. When we arrived to the shuttle pick up location, every time the shuttle driver told us to wait for the next shuttle. We called RentSmart24 few times, and they said that a shuttle will pick us in a few minutes. That whole thing took more than 1 hour!
When we arrived it was late, after our expected car pick up time, there was one family before us, and since there is only one person in the reception, we were waiting another 30 minutes.
Finally, getting the car! But wait, we booked 2 seats for 2 years old children so they took us to a kind of garage with 8 seats that none of them is good for this age, either 6 years+ or 1 year-. It was almost 12 am, we had to choose 2 seats and risking our kids!
Thinking we were finished this whole nightmare, the reception guy don’t know how to install the seats, we need to do it by ourselves!
