Convenient and efficient. They provided a thorough introduction before picking up the car. The inspection process was very smooth, and any existing damages were clearly marked in advance, so the handover was completed quickly.
Satisfied, no pushy insurance sales. Although the car had over 100,000 kilometers, it was in good condition. Didn't have time to wash the car, but surprisingly no deposit was deducted.
A major car rental company with very professional services and smooth overall processes. Both pickup and return experiences were good. Booked a Renault but received an older Opel with 60,000 kilometers. Apart from waiting an hour during pickup, everything else was excellent.
Couldn't find the address. When abroad, we need to contact the car rental company immediately, not waste time looking for it ourselves. It wastes money and time if we can't find it. Customer service is terrible.
The wait times for picking up and returning the car were very short, almost no waiting. The staff were very friendly and patient, even if they weren't fluent in English.
