Very bad experience. When picking up the car, they didn’t show me the compensation standards for any scratches or damages. When returning the car, we found out that the front bumper was scratched (which was already damaged when we picked up the car). They immediately gave me a bill for 8960 THB. How can it be more expensive to spray paint a bumper on a car worth a few thousand bucks than on my Mercedes? I didn’t sign to approve this charge, but they deducted it nonetheless.
The service level met expectations, no upselling of insurance, efficient car handover process. Although the car was relatively old with 170,000 km, it was still fuel-efficient.
The car had 150,000 kilometers on it and the interior lights were broken. There was only one staff member at the counter and it took 15 minutes to process. Be aware that they have a clause stating that in case of an accident, regardless of fault, you must pay 20,000 Thai Baht to the shop. When I refused to sign, they said I couldn't take the car. This unfair clause is extremely concerning. Avoid this company at all costs.
The service attitude was good, the only drawback was that they kept urging me to sign quickly, and I didn't have enough time to thoroughly check the vehicle's condition.
