After returning home, I received a fine notification and was charged a £30 administrative fee. Both pickup and drop-off were quick and efficient. There was no upselling, we got the car and left. They even upgraded us to a station wagon, which had a trunk big enough to lay two suitcases flat, making it very convenient. When returning the car, they just started the engine to check the fuel level and for any error codes, which was highly efficient.
The entire trip was very convenient and smooth. Thanks to QEEQ for bringing us many surprises. Due to time constraints, we didn't visit too many places, but the vehicle's safety while driving was very good. The low beam headlights were a bit low, not sure if they can be adjusted. The car was new, with only over a thousand kilometers on it, so overall it was very good.
