The staff explained everything clearly when we picked up the car. We purchased full insurance on-site, including what is covered and what is not, the type of fuel to use, which number to call in case of issues, and the exact parking spot to retrieve the car.

When picking up the car in Christchurch, we were informed that the originally booked model, Outlander 2WD, was unavailable. They provided a so-called similar model, which was actually much smaller. Since we had more people and luggage, we had to pay extra to upgrade to the Outlander 4WD version.
