The process was very quick. Just confirm the contract and the deposit will be frozen on the credit card, then you can pick up the car. Make sure to read the contract carefully.

The pick-up process was fast, and returning the car was quick as well. Although a minor issue was found during the car inspection, after showing the photos to the inspector, they didn't make a fuss, and the return process was completed smoothly.
Very satisfied, though the price is slightly higher compared to other car rental companies. Short-term rentals are fine. An international big-name company that is trustworthy.
The experience was quite standard and acceptable. We used self-service for car pickup. Thankfully, we took photos from all angles! The rear license plate holder was broken, and it kept rattling while driving, making us worry it might fall off. During car return, the inspector shook the license plate and suspected we caused the damage. We then showed the photos taken during pickup to prove it wasn't our fault!
We were quite anxious as foreigners because we were warned about the car needing maintenance right after picking it up. Why didn’t they maintain it beforehand?
