About Europcar:8.0/10
Like: Friendly and fair staff. The rented car was clean and drove like new. No issues on pick up or return. Dislike: It's not easy to find in that that there is no visible Europcar logo on the outside and the building out of which they operate has a number of entrances. It took somewhat longer to pick up of the car even after all paperwork has been done. The price on Easyrentcars wasn't inclusive of VAT.
The Wait was an appalling experience, extremely slow processing of customers and a long queue developed. No communication as to why it takes so long to process a person - 20 minutes each client? seriously bad. My car had to be brought from a different terminal.
