The service was excellent. Domestic credit cards require six digits, while international ones use four digits. I almost got my card locked, but the front desk staff were very friendly and waited for me patiently.
The service attitude was mediocre. Upon arrival, they claimed the reserved car model was unavailable and said I had to wait an hour. They suggested upgrading to get a car, but even after the upgrade, there was still no car. I ended up finding this vehicle in the parking lot, only then they couldn't refuse and let me drive off. I noticed other Chinese tourists were still waiting there.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH FOX IN SAN JOSE 2 WEEKS EARIER. THIS TIME THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ISSUES
1) IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TURN UP FROM LAX
2) THERE WAS A 20 MINUTE WAIT IN THE QUEUE AT FOX
3) THERE WERE NO MIDSIZED SUVS AVAILABLE WHEN I WENT TO SELECT A CAR SO I WAS GIVEN A VERY LARGE JEEP WHICH I FOUND VERY CUMBERSON TO MANOUVRE AND DRIVE.
4) I WAS QUOTED $105? PLUS PETROL @ AROUND $5 PER GALLON. I FELT I WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN CHARGED $150 IN THE END AS THE FUEL GUAGE WAS JUST UNDER FULL!
Booking platform is very good. One con to mention. When I wanted to extend the rent and wrote an email to qeeq, it took them too long to respond. That’s why I put 9 and not 10.
Overall, it was quite good, but the wait to pick up the car was a bit long. Initially, they said it might take half an hour and asked if I would consider a different model. After I declined, I still got the model I wanted pretty quickly. Overall, I was satisfied.
At LAX arrivals, we took our bag and proceeded to the curb to take the Free shuttle as mentioned in the booking instructions. A quick ride to the Car Rental location where we were helped by the counter staff in a friendly manner, took the car and went on our way.
The drop off was great only 1 minute and directly to the shuttle transfer to departure. Smooth experience.

The overall service was pretty good, with quick and simple procedures. The only drawback was waiting for the shuttle bus at the LAX rental location for half an hour.
