“No vuelvo a contratar a través de QEEQ porque el seguro del auto no lo aceptan las arrendadoras”
About Europcar:7.0/10
Había tenido buenas experiencias con ellos directamente, pero a través de QEEQ fue malísima
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Very satisfied. Despite the language barrier, all the staff were extremely patient. There was a friendly guy who spoke English and enthusiastically explained the services and important details. Also, returning the car in Mexico was quite straightforward, just a basic check was needed. In Europe, some rental companies tend to nitpick—speaking from personal experience. I'll rent from Europecar again next time.
I chose the Zuzuche discounted full insurance and didn’t purchase additional insurance at the store. During the car return process, they used a magnifying glass to inspect the car for about ten minutes and charged $160 for a tiny scratch on the rearview mirror. It’s disappointing to see a big company operate this way; I’ve never encountered this before.
Everyone, make sure to watch them closely when they process the payment and check if it's a deposit or if they're secretly adding insurance. Overall, very poor service. I won't rent from Europcar again. The store forces you to buy a full tank of fuel, or you’ll get a car with no fuel. Their attitude is like they don't care whether you rent from them or not.
The service provided by Zuzuche is okay, but the partnered rental companies differ greatly, some good and some bad. The car pickup process took too long, almost 2 hours of waiting. There were many people, hidden charges, and various difficulties. I rented the car for three days and was forced to buy insurance for $109, which only covered 80%, leaving me responsible for the other 20%. A minor scratch on the tire cost me $36, a total rip-off. And the deposit still hasn't been refunded.
