I originally rented a Lynk & Co, but was given a Volkswagen instead. After driving for less than an hour, the car displayed a tire pressure issue on the highway. I got out to check, found no apparent problem, and continued driving for over an hour, but the front left tire eventually went completely flat. I had no choice but to contact customer service. Later, a tow truck was called, and the costs for vehicle damage, towing, and taxes totaled over 2000 euros. I had no car to use for a day and a half. On the third day, I returned to Milan airport to pick up another car. During this process, I also lost my passport, which was eventually found at the rental counter. It turned out the Indian staff member who assisted me during the rental process had forgotten to return it. It was extremely frustrating. On the third day, when I picked up the car again, I finally retrieved my passport. They offered me a Jeep as a replacement, but the vehicle consumed a lot of fuel.
The car was fine however we needed to wait for over 2 hours to pick up the car - this is shocking amount of time wasted especially with the 8 months old baby. The waiting time was probably the worse thing about the whole experience. Everything else was very good.

Straight forward and easy to understand process. What's app reminders are a nice touch.
During the pickup process, they tried to sell extra services. Also, the car rented in winter was fitted with summer tires, which caused the car to slip and resulted in an accident.
Long waiting time in line. Received photos of car damage, but there was actually no scratching incident. Additionally, the money was directly charged from the credit card.
There were many scratches on the car at pickup. I photographed the entire car as evidence. Since it was a self-service return at the airport, I now see that 1800 euros were unjustly charged to my credit card. I plan to file a complaint to get it refunded.
Very satisfied. The car provided was the same model as the one I reserved, extremely pleased. No hidden charges. Customer service suggested insurance during rental but did not force me to buy it.
The rental company added insurance fees without our consent during the pickup process. Even after informing them that we didn’t need it, they took advantage of our limited language skills and still added the insurance. They didn’t communicate the type of insurance they were adding, leading to unnecessary extra expenses. Totally untrustworthy!
